郵儲銀行(01658.HK)獲郵政集團增持0.28%A股股權
郵儲銀行(01658.HK)(601658.SH)公布,控股股東郵政集團在2019年12月10日至2020年2月4日期間,通過上交所交易系統買入方式累計增持該行約2.45億股A股,累計增持金額13.52億元人民幣,佔該行已發行普通股總股份的0.28%。
本次增持實施後,截至2020年2月4日,郵政集團持有郵儲銀行A股560.93億股,佔已發行普通股總股份的64.49%(行使超額配售選擇權後)。
