華峯測控(688200.SH)首次發行股份募資16.43億元 2月7日申購
格隆匯2月5日丨華峯測控(688200.SH)公佈，華峯測控首次公開發行人民幣普通股並在科創板上市的申請已經上海證券交易所科創板股票上市委員會委員審議通過，並已經中國證券監督管理委員會同意註冊。發行人的股票簡稱為“華峯測控”，擴位簡稱為“華峯測控”，股票代碼為“688200”，該代碼同時用於本次發行的初步詢價及網下申購。本次發行網上申購代碼為“787200”。本次發行價格為107.41元/股。
本次發行初始戰略配售數量為229.4443萬股，約佔發行總數量的15.00%，戰略投資者承諾的認購資金已於規定時間內全部匯至保薦機構(主承銷商)指定的銀行賬户。依據發行價格確定的最終戰略配售數量為136.0388萬股，約佔發行總數量的8.89%，初始戰略配售股數與最終戰略配售的差額93.41萬股將回撥到網下發行。
戰略配售回撥後網下發行數量為1003.54萬股，佔扣除最終戰略配售數量後發行數量的72.01%；網上初始發行數量為390.05萬股，佔扣除最終戰略配售數量後發行數量的27.99%。最終網下、網上發行合計數量1393.59萬股，網上及網下最終發行數量將根據網上、網下回撥情況確定。
本次網下發行申購日與網上申購日同為2020年2月7日(T日)，其中，網下申購時間為9:30-15:00，網上申購時間為9:30-11:30，13:00-15:00，任一配售對象只能選擇網下發行或者網上發行一種方式進行申購。本次發行網下申購簡稱為“華峯測控”，申購代碼為“688200”。
發行人本次募投項目預計使用募集資金為10億元。按本次發行價格107.41元/股和1529.63萬股的新股發行數量計算，若本次發行成功，預計發行人募集資金總額為16.43億元，扣除約1.31億元(不含增值税)的發行費用後，預計募集資金淨額為15.12億元。
