江西長運(600561.SH)：疫情短期內對公司道路客運業務和道路貨運業務造成一定影響
格隆匯2月5日丨江西長運(600561.SH)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，公司迅速響應，堅決貫徹落實中央、江西省和地方政府關於做好疫情防控工作的決策部署，要求各子公司密切關注和了解政府疫情防控的進展和要求，並做好相關應急預案，同時全面落實疫情防控的各項措施，積極履行疫情防控的社會責任。現就疫情和防控措施的實施對公司生產經營的影響情況説明如下：
一、人員管理
公司第一時間啟動應急響應，建立防控與應急方案，科學規範做好疫情防控，對應急物資保障、員工管理、相關區域衞生等各方面進行了部署，把職工、旅客的生命安全和身體健康放在第一位，加強對全體員工的疫情防控宣傳和培訓工作；強化防控措施，加強生產與辦公相關區域全面消毒殺菌，確保環境衞生；進一步加強員工管理，遵守隔離管控規定，實時跟蹤員工身體健康狀況。
截止公告日，公司及控股子公司全體員工無新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎確診或疑似病例。
二、公司經營情況
1、道路旅客運輸業務
為全力做好道路客運防疫管控，公司根據地方政府的要求，自2020年1月26日起暫停南昌市、上饒市、鄱陽縣所屬各客運站場客運線路；自1月28日起暫停所屬撫州市、新餘市、九江市、景德鎮市、於都縣、婺源縣，以及黃山市、馬鞍山市所屬各客運站客運班線；自1月29日起公司下屬的吉安市客運班線、城際、城市、城鄉公交暫停運營；自2月2日起，公司所屬新餘市公交線路除保留高鐵方向403公交線路運行外，其他公交線路全部暫時停運。
2、道路貨運業務：一方面確保各項防控措施落實，一方面維持相關業務的開展。公司下屬物流園區內商户在2月9日前均暫停營業，子公司景德鎮恆達物流有限公司的商品車零公里物流運輸業務目前處於暫停狀態。
3、旅遊業務：自2020年1月24日起，公司所屬旅遊產品均已暫停運營。
疫情於2020年春運期間暴發，線路停運等疫情防控措施的實施，短期內對公司道路客運業務和道路貨運業務造成了一定影響，隨着未來疫情緩解，公司將根據地方人民政府有關復工、開學等時間安排，全力做好有序恢復暫停運營的道路客運和道路貨運服務工作。公司預計疫情控制後，因居民在一定程度上存在觀望心態，可能抑制出行需求，公司將積極採取相關應對措施，在防控疫情同時做好生產運營管理。公司旅遊業務佔主營業務收入的比例與對利潤的貢獻度均較小，短期內疫情對公司現有旅遊業務影響較小。
江西省人民政府於2020年2月4日出台《關於有效應對疫情穩定經濟增長20條政策措施》，扶持實體企業渡難關。公司將持續高度關注抗擊新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情和疫情防控的進展情況，此次疫情對公司相關業務和經營業績的影響暫無法準確預計，將根據實際情況進行評估並另行公告。
