大連聖亞(600593.SH)及子公司均暫停景區運營
格隆匯2月5日丨大連聖亞(600593.SH)公佈，在全國人民共同抗擊新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情之際，公司及時響應、迅速落實，全面部署疫情防控的各項措施，積極履行疫情防控的社會責任。
根據地方政府關於疫情防控工作的部署與要求，公司及子公司均暫停景區運營，恢復時間將根據疫情發展情況以及有關政府部門的要求進一步確定。
公司第一時間成立專項領導小組，全力做好疫情防控工作，對防疫工作、資產安全、經營恢復工作等進行了綜合部署。
1.以保障員工的安全和健康、保障動物健康安全的飼養和繁育、保障設備設施的良好運行為工作重點，公司啟動防控疫情應急預案，落實各項防疫措施。
(1)制定《大連聖亞新型冠狀病毒防控手冊》、《疫情防控期間員工每日信息報備制度》等，全員進入應急狀態，每日安排輪崗值班人員全力做好景區防疫管理工作，及時部署和落實各項具體工作。
(2)嚴格按照政府規定要求，加強員工疫情防控宣傳教育，關心員工與其家人的身心健康。調整員工的返崗時間，遵守隔離管控規定，保障員工安全，各部門及各子公司按時報送員工動向及隔離情況，有效對每名員工進行跟蹤監督。
(3)做好辦公區和各場館消毒和管控工作，每日對公司辦公場地和場館進行嚴格消毒，各崗位值班人員全部佩戴口罩上崗並做好個人防護，包括體温監測、出行登記報備、居家自行隔離等措施。截止目前，公司全體員工均未發現新型冠狀病毒確診病例或疑似病例。
(4)堅守重要保障性崗位，各崗位有序輪班上崗，確保場館設備設施正常運行，確保動物健康安全的飼養和繁育。
2.積極做好經營恢復的準備工作。
(1)實行遠程移動辦公，統一部署近期工作要求，隨時做好經營準備。
(2)積極做好恢復營業的研究舉措相關工作，討論優化相應經營方案。
(3)積極做好動物飼養繁育及業務培訓工作，不斷提升產品競爭力。
(4)積極做好設備設施維護及穩定運行工作，為經營做好基礎保障。
公司將繼續積極響應地方政府防控部署要求，根據實際情況對公司生產經營進行調整，積極應對疫情影響。
