澳门赌场关闭半个月 花旗、中金料博彩收入将受影响
澳门政府宣布,关闭赌场半个月,多家大行预料澳门博彩收入将受影响,有大行下调博彩收入预测。
花旗研报指,由于香港与内地之间的主要关口几乎都全部关闭,而港澳间的渡轮亦关闭,因此进一步下调今年的澳门博彩收入预测,由原来的下跌8%,扩大至下跌12%。料上半年的博彩收入按年下跌44%,但下半年就按年增长22%,建议投资者在估值更有吸引力时买入博彩股,特别是金沙中国(1928.HK)及银河娱乐(0027.HK)。
中金公司预计,赌场半个月的暂停运作,或会导致全年正常化后的税息折旧及摊销前利润(EBITDA)减少约7.3%,2月份博彩收入将按年下跌75%至85%,3月份就按年跌40%至50%。预期疫情会在2月中旬缓和,并在2月底及3月初进入稳定期,疫情结束后的一个季度裡,高端需求有望推动博彩业复苏。现时板块估值已低,建议投资者逢低增持。
