俊盟國際(08062.HK)預期前三季淨利同比減少不少於60%
格隆匯2月4日丨俊盟國際(08062.HK)公告,根據董事會現時可得資料及集團截至2019年12月31日止九個月未經審核綜合管理賬目初步審閲,相較於截至2018年12月31日止九個月,預期集團於期間錄得股東應占溢利減少不少於60%。
根據現時可得資料,純利減少主要歸因於(i)集團的收益略微下降及經濟衰退及競爭加劇導致銷售點軟件方案服務部門的溢利大幅下降,(ii)於期間出售附屬公司虧損及(iii)截至2018年12月31日止九個月,由於發行承兑票據導致融資成本增加。
