再升科技(603601.SH)擬增加從事醫用防護口罩、醫用外科口罩的研發、生產和銷售等經營範圍
格隆匯2月4日丨再升科技(603601.SH)公佈，鑑於當前新型冠狀病毒疫情的嚴峻性，為進一步控制肺炎疫情的發展，落實當地政府要求，迅速應對疫情所需，公司計劃投入批量生產醫用防護口罩、醫用外科口罩等系列防護口罩項目。由於醫用防護口罩的生產銷售須取得相關資質，變更公司經營範圍是相應條件。同時，根據市場需求和各項目進展情況，公司將繼續進行更多幹淨空氣系列產品的開發及投入。公司於2020年02月04日召開第三屆董事會第二十九次會議審議通過了《關於變更經營範圍、註冊地址暨修訂

的議案》，同意公司根據現有實際經營狀況及業務計劃安排對公司原經營範圍、註冊地址做出調整，並對《公司章程》相應條款進行修訂。
修訂前：公司住所：重慶市渝北區回興街道兩港大道197號1幢，郵政編碼：401120。；修訂後：公司住所：重慶市渝北區回興街道嬋衣路1號，郵政編碼：401120。
修訂前：經依法登記，公司的經營範圍為：研發、生產、銷售：玻璃纖維製品、空氣過濾器材料及器材；貨物進出口(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
修訂後：經依法登記，公司的經營範圍為：研發、生產、銷售：玻璃纖維製品、空氣過濾器材料及器材；從事醫用防護口罩、醫用外科口罩、勞保口罩、日常生活用口罩等全系列口罩的研發、生產和銷售；成套空氣淨化設備和系統工程的設計、製作、安裝工程(除特種設備)；從事介質過濾設備、非介質過濾設備、靜電過濾器、廚房油煙檢測與淨化處理設備、智能機電設備、車載冰箱的研發、生產和銷售；從事環境技術領域內的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術服務、技術諮詢服務；貨物進出口(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
目前，公司已完成產品註冊檢驗，近期有望獲得註冊許可。截止目前公司已有醫用防護口罩生產線1條，產能50萬個/月，計劃新增1條產線，預計產能50萬個/月。公司主營業務未發生變化，經營範圍調整預計對公司當年經營業績影響較小。
