克明面業(002661.SZ)：6條掛麪生產線、1條生鮮面生產線和1條非油炸方便麪生產線已恢復生產
格隆匯2月4日丨克明面業(002661.SZ)公佈，公司股票交易價格連續3個交易日內(2020年1月23日、2020年2月3日、2020年2月4日)漲幅累計達14.10%。
鑑於投資者關注新型冠狀病毒疫情對公司生產經營的影響，公司現結合已採取的防控措施、自身生產經營情況及投資者關注問題，將相關事項説明如下：
1、人員管理情況
面對全國新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的嚴峻形勢，公司積極響應政府的號召和要求，將防控疫情工作放在首位，高度重視防疫工作，第一時間成立新型冠狀病毒防控領導小組，統籌安排疫情防控工作，結合公司優勢制定精準有效的措施方案和疫情應急預案，全力保障員工健康和安全。
公司加強內部管理，連續制定並下發關於春節假期人員返崗管理、人員入職管理等規範通知，做好宣傳、引導與管理，並對員工假期體温及接觸人羣進行摸排整理，加強員工行動軌跡管理，特別是對員工返崗進行了詳細規定，包括防控流程、防控措施、消毒指南、防控物資配置、工作中業務交流注意事項、異常情況處置等，並對內部員工進行每日體温管理，瞭解員工的健康情況。
截止公告提交披露日，公司及下屬控股子公司均未報告發現確診或疑似病例。
2、生產經營情況
(1)截止2020年2月3日，累計未發訂單約為1.6萬噸(掛麪，不含方便麪、烏冬面)，產品庫存約為8000噸(掛麪，不含方便麪、烏冬面)，為支持和保障各區域居民對糧油類消費品需求，公司位於河南延津和河南遂平的兩大生產基地6條掛麪生產線、1條生鮮面生產線和1條非油炸方便麪生產線已經恢復生產，在做好疫情防範的同時，其他生產基地正在逐步恢復生產。
(2)根據各地防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的要求，目前公司所有工地都暫停施工，具體復工時間等待政府通知，“遂平日處理小麥3000噸麪粉生產線項目”被暫停施工，該項目正式投產時間將會延後，公司將做好復工前各項準備工作，以保證隨時復工，敬請投資者注意投資風險！
(3)公司已向所有經銷商發出《關於做好疫情期間“穩物價保供應”的溝通函》，要求全體經銷商夥伴穩定市場秩序，配合公司做好民生產品供應，嚴禁哄抬物價、嚴禁囤積居奇、全力保障供應，同時配合政府做好疫情防控工作。
3、捐贈情況
公司密切關注疫情動態，全力支持肺炎疫情防控工作，公司及下屬控股子公司於1月29日向武漢疫情災區累計捐贈1000箱非油炸方便麪和550箱烏冬面。
