新希望(000876.SZ)：疫情致部分工廠復工延遲 對生產建設進度有所影響
格隆匯2月4日丨新希望(000876.SZ)公佈，此次新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情爆發以來，公司生產經營受到的影響，主要體現為部分工廠復工延遲，對生產建設進度有所影響；部分區域交通管控影響人員、原料以及產品的正常流動與運輸等。
(一)飼料產業經營情況
公司國內飼料廠90%以上已正常開工，剩餘未開工工廠預計在2月10日前開工。原料方面局部區域豆粕價格上漲，但玉米價格整體變化不大。公司春節前已充分做好原料備貨，目前飼料生產對內部畜禽養殖的飼料供應充足，同時可以滿足大部分區域和重點區域的外部供應，少數區域受物流影響處於緊平衡狀態。此外，公司肉禽飼料中以流向工業化屠宰的白羽肉禽料為主，而流向活禽交易的黃羽肉雞、番鴨、麻鴨等肉禽料在2019年的銷量佔公司總銷量3%，預計後續受活禽交易限制的影響較小。公司1月份飼料銷量同比增長約6%，1季度銷量預計同比增長超過20%。
(二)禽產業經營情況
公司禽屠宰廠超過半數已開工，剩餘未開工屠宰廠預計在2月10日前開工。種禽價格較為低迷，但公司商品代雞苗銷售正常，鴨苗主要通過內部一體化配套消化解決。公司1月份禽肉銷量同比下降約10%，但1季度整體銷量預計將保持正增長。
(三)豬產業經營情況
公司養豬戰略進展情況正常。公司1月份生豬銷量同比保持正增長，詳情見近期即將發佈的月度生豬銷售情況簡報。1季度整體銷量預計將保持正增長。按照前期豬苗投放節奏與生產計劃，預計從二季度開始，公司生豬出欄將逐級增加，實現快速放量。
截至1月底，豬產業員工共計超過13000人。工程建設方面，已運營豬場產能近1100萬頭，分佈在河北、四川、山東、廣西、陝西、江蘇及安徽共12個省份；在建豬場產能共計600多萬頭，分佈在山東、廣西、陝西、江蘇、湖北等9個省份。截至1月底，公司存欄母豬超過60萬頭，其中能繁母豬近40萬頭。資金方面，公司2020年將繼續加大在養豬產業的資本支出，預計為150億-200億。目前資金較為充裕，截至1月底，公司獲得銀行授信超過600億元，用信比例不到30%；可轉債募集資金40億已到賬；20億中票已註冊完成。公司還將擇機採取產業基金、資本市場融資等方式，持續優化資產負債結構。在當前疫情背景下，公司養豬產業工程建設、生產運營等情況整體可控，不會對原計劃的發展節奏帶來重大影響。公司2020年計劃出欄不低於800萬頭，出欄目標未做調整。
