廣匯能源(600256.SH)收到江蘇省發改委核准啟東LNG接收站項目擴建5#20萬立方米LNG儲罐批覆
格隆匯2月3日丨廣匯能源(600256.SH)公佈，2020年1月22日，公司收到江蘇省發展和改革委員會出具的《省發展改革委關於南通港呂四港區廣匯能源LNG分銷轉運站擴建5#20萬m 3LNG儲罐工程項目核准的批覆》(蘇發改能源發〔2019〕62號)文件。現將批覆核准事項主要內容公告如下：
“一、為擴大轉運站接轉存儲規模，提高港口岸線資源利用效率，增強資源供應和應急調峯能力，根據《行政許可法》、《江蘇省企業投資項目核准和備案管理辦法》，同意建設南通港呂四港區廣匯能源LNG分銷轉運站擴建5#20萬m³LNG儲罐工程項目。項目單位為廣匯能源綜合物流發展有限責任公司。
二、建設地點
南通啟東呂四港經濟開發區，南通港呂四港區廣匯能源LNG分銷轉運站陸
域預留LNG儲罐區。
三、建設內容及規模
該項目新建1座20萬m³LNG儲罐、LNG低壓泵和裝船泵、1座100T/h火炬及相關廠區管道、土建、電氣、控制、消防安全等配套設施。其他設施依託南通港呂四港區廣匯能源LNG分銷轉運站原有設計設施。
四、項目總投資及資金來源
項目報批總投資為64587萬元，其中項目資本金為19376萬元，項目資本金佔項目報批總投資的比例為30%，資本金由廣匯能源綜合物流發展有限責任公司出資，其餘資金通過銀行貸款解決。廣匯能源綜合物流發展有限責任公司股東組成為廣匯能源股份有限公司99%，新疆廣匯清潔能源有限責任公司1%。項目單位自行承擔投資風險。
五、本核准文件有效期為2年，自發布之日起計算。在核準文件有效期內未開工建設項目的，應在核準文件有效期屆滿30日前向我委申請延期。項目在核準文件有效期內未開工建設也未向我委申請延期的，或提出延期但未獲批准的，本核准文件自動失效。”
公司控股子公司廣匯能源綜合物流發展有限責任公司於南通啟東呂四港經濟開發區投建的南通港呂四港區LNG接收站項目分為三期，預計三期項目建成後整體可達到300萬噸/年的LNG週轉能力。此次新建5#20萬m³LNG儲罐有利於擴大接收站接轉存儲規模，建成後將提高公司LNG週轉能力，增強資源供應和應急調峯能力，符合公司未來的發展戰略和全體股東的利益，對公司的經營業績與社會效益產生積極的影響。
