宜昌交運(002627.SZ)：公司所屬客運班線、旅遊景區和旅遊產品均已暫停運營
格隆匯2月3日丨宜昌交運(002627.SZ)公佈，自湖北和全國其他地區相繼暴發新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情以來，公司頂格重視、迅速響應，全力貫徹落實中央、湖北省和宜昌市關於做好疫情防控工作的指示精神，全面落實疫情防控的各項措施，積極履行疫情防控的社會責任。現就疫情和防控措施的實施對公司日常生產經營和定期報告披露的影響情況説明如下：
截止公告日，公司及控股子公司全體員工無新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎的確診或疑似病例。
公司經營情況：1．客運和旅遊服務：自2020年1月24日起，公司所屬客運班線、旅遊景區和旅遊產品均已暫停運營；自2020年1月28日起，三峽機場巴士專線暫停運行，只保障機場工作人員通勤需要；巡遊出租汽車和網約車僅限城區內營運，嚴禁出城。
2．汽車銷售和售後服務：目前整車銷售從店面銷售調整為線上展銷；售後維修業務僅提供車輛應急搶修服務。
3．商貿物流服務：一方面確保各項防控措施落實，一方面維持相關業務的開展。東站物流中心公鐵聯運裝卸業務，維持鐵路到發貨物的裝卸運輸，疫情防控和重點建設項目的物資優先裝卸；物流園區內所有商户在2月14日以前均暫停營業。受託經營管理的宜港集團，件雜貨物裝卸少量開展，外貿集裝箱班輪的裝卸業務正常開展，枝城港鐵路到達貨物及時進行裝卸轉運，確保電煤等戰略物資優先作業。
公司採取的措施：1．嚴格實施疫情防控：公司第一時間成立疫情防控工作領導專班，加強公司下屬的車船港站等疫情重點防控區域聯防聯控；積極儲備和發放疫情防控物資，加強員工自我防護，提升一線工作人員的自我保護意識和防護能力；加強正面宣傳引導，利用電子顯示屏在公共場所為廣大旅客和市民播放疫情預防常識；加強值班值守，確保24小時應急指揮到位。
2．積極落實應急保障：嚴格落實24小時應急值班制度，由專人彙總值班情況，及時向上級單位彙報；在交通部門指導下，所轄車船港站全面聯動，緊急組織疫情防控應急交通運輸保障隊(包含遊輪2艘、大型客車60台、中小型車輛20台、出租車50台)，護航宜昌市防控疫情前沿陣地。截止公告日公司參與接送醫護人員車輛為115台，累計出車1050台次，累計免費接送醫護人員1502人次。
3．公司及控股子公司已經做好準備，待疫情緩解和地方政府復工文件下達後，相關線路、產品和服務及時恢復營運。
疫情於 2020年春運期間暴發，線路停運等疫情防控措施的實施，短期內對公司道路客運的春運業務造成了一定影響，隨着未來疫情緩解，春運返程高峯期將會延遲；當前正值旅遊服務業務的傳統淡季，短期內疫情對公司現有旅遊業務影響較小；由於疫情防控措施的實施，汽車銷售業務被迫調整經營模式，雖然汽車銷售服務業務利潤貢獻佔比不大，但汽車銷售收入的下滑將影響公司收入整體規模。
當前，黨中央、國務院領導全國人民上下一心、眾志成城開展疫情防控工作，在此次疫情結束前，疫情對公司2020年整體經營業績和相關業務影響的具體數據暫無法準確預計。
