襄陽軸承(000678.SZ)：初步計劃將於2月14日復工
格隆匯2月3日丨襄陽軸承(000678.SZ)公佈，在全國人民共同抗擊新型冠狀病毒疫情之際，公司積極履行上市公司社會責任，及時響應，勇於擔當，為疫情防控攻堅戰貢獻力量。
2020年1月29日，公司向襄陽市紅十字會捐贈100萬元人民幣用於幫助抗擊新型冠狀病毒疫情。根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》、《公司章程》的相關規定，本次捐贈事項無需提交董事會、股東大會審議。此次捐贈資金來源為公司自有資金，對公司當期及未來經營業績不構成重大影響，亦不會損害公司和投資者的利益。
公司以保護員工生命安全和身體健康為首要工作，啟動一系列防疫響應措施。公司第一時間成立了專項領導小組，積極參與湖北、襄陽抗擊疫情阻擊戰，並啟動線上辦公，對防疫工作、資產安全、經營恢復工作等進行了綜合部署。通過各種網絡手段，支持員工根據實際情況分散辦公；對於廠區駐守員工，公司加強消殺、防疫、健康管理措施，全力做好疫情防控工作；嚴格按照政府規定要求，調整員工的返崗時間，遵守隔離管控規定，保障員工安全，防止疫情傳播。
公司嚴格執行湖北省、襄陽市關於企業復工時間的規定，初步計劃將於2020年2月14日復工。根據目前與各供應商、客户的溝通，主要客户復工後所需產品春節前已在客户所在地備有貨物，同時公司本部亦有一定數量的庫存產品，待物流恢復後可直接發給客户。若2月14日公司能夠如期復工，則可以按照客户訂單時間要求滿足客户需求。但2月14日能否如期正常復工以及物流是否暢通尚存在不確定性，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
