金剛玻璃(300093.SZ)：股票可能被暫停上市
格隆匯2月3日丨金剛玻璃(300093.SZ)公佈，公司因被中國證券監督管理委員會立案調查及存在關聯方佔用大額資金及大額非交易性資金往來的情況，2018年度財務報告被北京永拓會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)(“北京永拓”)出具“無法表示意見”的審計報告(京永審字(2019)第110019號)。
根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》第13.1.1 條規定：最近兩個會計年度的財務會計報告均被註冊會計師出具否定或者無法表示意見的審計報告，深圳證券交易所可以決定暫停上市公司股票上市。若公司2019年度財務報告繼續被出具“否定或者無法表示意見”的審計報告，深圳證券交易所可能暫停公司股票上市。
若公司2019年度財務會計報告被註冊會計師出具否定或無法表示意見的審計報告，深交所將在公司披露2019年年度報告之日起(預計時間為2020年4月下旬)，對公司股票實施停牌，並在停牌後十五個交易日內作出是否暫停上市的決定。
公司管理層和經營層在積極配合北京永拓專項審核工作基礎上，重新梳理京永審字(2019)第110019號審計報告中所述的無法表示意見內容，根據所涉及事項啟動財務自查工作：
1.按照企業會計準則及相關規定，公司對以前年度的會計差錯進行了更正，具體內容詳見2019年6月6日刊登在中國證監會指定的創業板信息披露網站上的《關於公司前期會計差錯更正及追溯調整的公告》。
北京永拓就本次公司前期會計差錯更正事項出了京永專字(2019)第310257號《關於廣東金剛玻璃科技股份有限公司前期差錯更正説明的審核報告》。
2.公司積極督促大股東及關聯方歸還資金，並於2019年6月6日追回所有款項。針對上述關聯方非經營性資金佔用事項中公司內部控制失效問題，公司已採取相應整改措施，並於2019年6月6日披露了《關於2018年度審計報告無法表示意見所涉及事項重大影響消除的説明》。
北京永拓就2018年度審計報告無法表示意見所涉及事項的重大影響予以消除的事項出了京永專字(2019)第310258號《關於廣東金剛玻璃科技股份有限公司2018年度審計報告無法表示意見所涉及事項的重大影響予以消除的專項説明》。
公司已採取一系列措施，消除了2018年度審計報告中無法表示意見所涉及事項的影響。
