牧原股份(002714.SZ)：各項生產經營穩定 未受到疫情重大影響
格隆匯2月3日丨牧原股份(002714.SZ)公佈，新型冠狀病毒肺炎爆發以來，多個省市啟動重大突發公共衞生事件一級響應，多地市為了防控疫情，實施不同程度的交通管控，導致部分地方農業生產資料運輸受阻，出現畜禽養殖所需飼料難以及時補充，種畜禽無法調運等問題。為此，農村農村部、交通運輸部以及公安部於2020年1月30日聯合下發《關於確保“菜籃子”產品和農業生產資料正常流通秩序的緊急通知》(農辦牧〔2020〕7號)，嚴禁未經批准擅自設卡攔截、斷路阻斷交通等違法行為，維護“菜籃子”產品和農業生產資料正常流通秩序。
公司採取的防控措施及疫情對公司的影響如下：
(一)成立新型冠狀病毒肺炎防控指揮部
面對全國新型肺炎疫情防控的嚴峻形勢，公司第一時間成立了新型冠狀病毒肺炎防控指揮部，統籌安排疫情防控工作，全力保障員工健康和安全，安排部署各子公司積極參與地方政府疫情防控工作，要求子公司積極與地方政府對接，深入瞭解地方政府在防控過程中遇到的難題，結合公司優勢制定精準有效的措施方案。
(二)人員管理
公司加強內部管理，連續制定並下發關於春節假期人員返崗管理、人員入職管理等規範通知，做好宣傳、引導與管理，並對內部員工進行每日體温管理和行動軌跡管理，瞭解員工的健康情況。
截止目前，公司員工並未發現感染新型冠狀病毒肺炎的情況。
(三)生產管理
公司各部門及子公司快速行動，全力配合，結合疫情發展趨勢及國家政策，做好物資採購、生豬生產建設、銷售管理規劃，確保生產正常進行。
1、公司每個區域的養殖場均有配套飼料廠或飼料機組供應飼料，公司積極按照各地防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的要求，為生產、運輸的相關車輛辦理了通行證。為了保障生產，按慣例春節前原料備貨在40-50天。截止目前，公司飼料供應正常，確保生產順暢。
2、根據各地防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的要求，目前公司所有工地都暫停施工，具體復工時間等待政府通知。目前公司發展建設團隊抓緊時間儲備工程物資，一旦具備施工條件就快速復工。
3、為確保防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎期間農業生產資料運輸及農產品銷售的順暢，保障市場供應，農村農村部、交通運輸部以及公安部下發了《關於確保“菜籃子”產品和農業生產資料正常流通秩序的緊急通知》，山東、四川、遼寧等各省市也陸續出台了相關保障“蛋、奶、肉、菜”運輸環節的文件。公司積極對接各級政府部門，保障生豬銷售運輸通暢，未受到疫情重大影響。
截止目前，公司各項生產經營穩定，未受到疫情重大影響。
