中钢协:钢铁产能进入减量化发展阶段
中国钢铁工业协会表示,2019年钢铁行业市场需求较好,预计2019年钢材消费量约8.8亿吨,按年增长6%。尽管2019年带钢行情尚可,但展望更长期的市场前景,中国钢铁产能已经进入减量化发展阶段,预计2020年钢材需求量小幅增长,按年增长2%。这一较低的增速与此前世界钢铁协会的预计接近,後者预测数字为1%。
中钢协指出,2020年中国钢材需求增速将放缓,产能释放较大,供大於求趋势明显。目前国内钢铁产能处於释放高峰期,主要是由於钢铁行业在过去几年「去产能」政策的影响下,正处於新一轮调整期。综合环保督查、煤改气、限产停产等多重因素来看,2020年钢铁市场将继续延续供需双收缩的情况,但供应的收缩可能大於需求的收缩,这有望对带钢市场形成较好支撑。
