格隆匯2月2日丨西安銀行(600928.SH)公佈,公司第五屆董事會第三十六次會議以通訊方式召開,會議審議並表決通過了《關於抗擊新型冠狀病毒肺炎專項捐款的議案》。
會議同意捐贈1500萬元作為疫情防控專項資金,用於支持開展新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控和救助工作,並授權管理層根據實際情況具體組織實施本次捐贈事宜。同時,董事會對管理層在本次疫情防控和救助工作中的快速響應與主動作為予以充分肯定,並表示公司將繼續做好疫情防控期間的各項金融服務工作,切實承擔金融機構職責,與社會各界齊心協力、同舟共濟,共同打贏這場疫情防控阻擊戰。
