天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)擬調整一期氫氧化鋰項目調試進度安排和項目目標
格隆匯2月2日丨天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)公佈，公司於2016年9月經內部決策程序審議通過了《關於建設年產2.4萬噸電池級單水氫氧化鋰項目的議案》，擬以概算數約3.98億澳元(按照2016年9月5日中國外匯交易中心受權公佈的人民幣匯率中間價折算，摺合人民幣約20.16億元)投資建設第一期“年產2.4萬噸電池級單水氫氧化鋰項目”(“一期氫氧化鋰項目”)。
“一期氫氧化鋰項目”由公司在澳大利亞成立的全資子公司Tianqi Lithium KwinanaPty Ltd(“TLK”)作為實施主體。該項目從2018年底啟動階段性調試以來，到2019年12月31日，均處於調試狀態。
目前，經初步核查和反覆論證，綜合考慮到公司嚴重缺乏海外工程建設管理經驗和專業人才團隊，項目調試方案論證不充分以及新設備、新工藝技術需不斷優化調整等多重因素，公司認為該項目雖歷經一年的調試周期，至今仍沒有達到全線規模化生產狀態，導致公司預計的投資目標還未實現。因此，結合當前的財務資金狀況，公司決定調整一期氫氧化鋰項目的調試進度安排和項目目標，放緩項目節奏。
根據目前項目實施進展的現實狀況，項目調試進度延緩將導致投產和達產時間不如預期。此次調整不涉及改變募投項目的實施主體、實施方式、投資規模以及主要投資內容等情形。
該項目的延緩將影響TLK氫氧化鋰產品的市場供應，從而對公司未來的業績有一定的不利影響。公司將重新調配現有產線的產品等級和產品品種，保護客户合法權益，努力滿足訂單需求；力爭在宏觀形勢好轉和企業流動性改善前提下，吸取前期投融資運作過程中系統設計和前瞻思考不足的教訓，加快建設全球運營管理人才梯隊，科學決策，組織資源，快速恢復全線調試和產能爬坡，為核心優質客户持續供應優質氫氧化鋰產品。
