新華保險(601336.SH)發行資本補充債券獲得中國銀保監會批准
格隆匯2月2日丨新華保險(601336.SH)公佈,公司於近日收到中國銀行保險監督管理委員會(以下簡稱"中國銀保監會")《中國銀保監會關於新華人壽保險股份有限公司發行資本補充債券的批覆》(銀保監復〔2020〕30號),同意公司在全國銀行間債券市場公開發行10年期可贖回資本補充債券,發行規模不超過人民幣100億元,並要求公司在獲得主管部門的發行許可後6個月內完成發行事宜。公司擬將發行資本補充債券所募集資金用於補充公司資本以提高償付能力。
