鼎龍文化(002502.SZ)：實控人龍學勤通過司法拍賣方式受讓3.85%股份
格隆匯2月2日丨鼎龍文化(002502.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年12月25日披露了《關於持股5%以上股東所持公司部分股份將被司法拍賣的提示性公告》，公司持股5%以上股東郭祥彬持有的公司3309.99萬股股份(佔公司總股本的3.85%)於2020年1月23日10時至2020年1月24日10時在“阿里拍賣·司法”網絡平台(https://sf.taobao.com)進行公開拍賣。
根據“阿里拍賣·司法”網絡平台發佈的《網絡競價成功確認書》，此次網絡拍賣競價結果如下：
用户姓名龍學勤通過競買號J4071於2020年1月24日在廣東省汕頭市中級人民法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“鼎龍文化股份有限公司(原名稱驊威文化股份有限公司)3309.99萬股股票”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格1.02億元。
根據公司董事長、實際控制人龍學勤函告，此次拍賣競買成功的用户“龍學勤”為公司董事長、實際控制人龍學勤。基於對公司未來發展前景的信心，同時為維持公司股權結構相對穩定，龍學勤參與了此次拍賣的競買並以1.02億元的成交價格競買成功。
此次拍賣前，郭祥彬持有公司股份1.32億股，佔公司總股本的15.31%，除上述被司法拍賣的3309.99萬股，郭祥彬所持股份暫未發生其他被拍賣的情形；此次拍賣完成股份過户後，郭祥彬持有公司股份9856.31萬股，佔公司總股本的11.46%。
此次拍賣前，龍學勤未直接持有公司股份；此次拍賣後，如相關股份後續完成過户，龍學勤將直接持有公司股份3309.99萬股，佔公司總股本的3.85%。龍學勤為公司控股股東杭州鼎龍的實際控制人，與杭州鼎龍系一致行動關係，杭州鼎龍持有公司股份1.18億股，佔公司總股本的13.76%。如此次拍賣的相關股份後續完成過户，公司控股股東杭州鼎龍及其一致行動人龍學勤將合計持有公司股份1.51億股，佔公司總股本的17.61%。
