格林美(002340.SZ)：與韓國ECOPRO BM公司就動力電池用NCM8系、9系高鎳前驅體材料供應簽署備忘錄
格隆匯2月2日丨格林美(002340.SZ)公佈，為推動公司與韓國ECOPROBM CO., LTD.(“ECOPROBM”)在新能源動力電池高鎳前驅體材料業務上的合作，公司與ECOPROBM於2020年1月31日就新能源動力電池用NCM8系、9系高鎳前驅體材料的採購及合作簽署了備忘錄(MOU)。
備忘錄的核心內容如下：1、2020—2026年，ECOPROBM向公司採購總量不低於10萬噸的高鎳NCM8系、9系前驅體，具體以每年的採購合同為準。
2、公司負責本備忘錄項下高鎳NCM8系、9系前驅體產品的投資與建設。
3、計價方式以LME、MB價格為基礎，每年6月和12月確定下半年的定價模式，以最後的合同為準。
ECOPRO BM CO., LTD為韓國ECOPRO株式會社(“ECOPRO”)的子公司。ECOPRO是一家根據大韓民國法律成立並存續的公司，主要產品是NCA及NCM等動力電池材料。目前是全球核心的高鎳正極材料生產商，是三星SDI的NCA正極材料外部核心供應商。

NCM8系、9系前驅體是動力電池用最新一代高鎳前驅體材料，此次合作有效推進公司NCM8系、9系高鎳三元前驅體材料的技術進步、規模擴展與市場國際化，將進一步奠定公司在高鎳三元前驅體材料的全球市場核心地位，提升公司以及雙方NCM高鎳三元材料的全球市場佔有率，全面促進公司打造全球車用動力電池用高鎳NCM正極材料的“中國三元芯”。
同時，此次與ECOPROBM簽署的合作備忘錄彰顯了公司在高鎳NCM前驅體材料方面的技術地位與質量品牌地位，對提升公司高鎳前驅體材料全面參與國際主流市場競爭，進一步拓展國際高端動力電池市場具有里程碑作用，有利於提升公司動力電池材料業務的盈利能力和全球核心競爭力。
