*ST索菱(002766.SZ)上修業績預告 2019年度預盈800萬元–1200萬元
格隆匯2月2日丨ST索菱(002766.SZ)披露2019年度業績預計修正公告，修正前，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤變動區間為-1.8億元至-1.6億元。修正後，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤800萬元–1200萬元，上年同期虧損約7.19億元。
此次業績修正主要是由於報告期內出售已計提存貨跌價準備的存貨導致2019年轉回資產減值損失以及經過與債權方多次溝通對部分債務進行處置和清償導致非經常性損益的增加，預計2019年增加非經常性損益約為人民幣9300萬元至1.1億元。其中主要影響事項如下：
1、2019年12月31日，公司與江蘇鑫田實業投資有限公司(甲方)簽訂協議書約定：如果公司在2019年12月31日前清償甲方人民幣1669.97萬元，則甲方承諾收到該筆款項後將自願永久放棄對公司主張剩餘6782.74萬元的債權。我司已於2019年12月31日完成上述債務清償。根據上述情況，預計可增加2019年度非經營性損益6782.74萬元。
2、本期出售部分去年已計提存貨跌價準備的存貨，預計2019年度轉回資產減值損失6116.16萬元。
3、2019年12月30日，公司與霍爾果斯摩山簽訂《債務處置協議》。霍爾果斯摩山同意對公司減免2019年01月01日至2019年12月31日期間所產生的部分保理融資利息人民幣1400萬元。
4、2019年12月31日，公司與高新投簽訂《協議書》。高新投同意自願永久放棄向公司主張上述1100萬元擔保費以及減免公司3175萬元借款自2019年10月24日至2019年12月31日(含本日)期間的利息(按年利率8%計算合計48.683333萬元)。根據上述情況，預計可增加2019年度非經營性損益1100萬元，減少2019年度財務費用48.683333萬元。
