三特索道(002159.SZ)：因新冠肺炎疫情影响 公司旗下旅游项目主要业务已暂停运营
格隆汇2月2日丨三特索道(002159.SZ)公布，当前，全国范围内正在发生不同程度的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情。为全面做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，响应国家号召，本着“对游客负责、对员工负责、对社会负责”的宗旨，公司旗下分布于全国多个地方的旅游项目的主要业务已主动暂停运营，恢复运营时间将根据各地疫情的情况确定。
公司总部地处湖北武汉，投资经营的旅游项目分布于陕西、海南、贵州、浙江、江西、湖北、内蒙古、广东、福建等地。根据对公司2016年至2018年经营情况的分析，此次疫情重点爆发的湖北地区2016年、2017年、2018年营业收入占公司当年总营业收入的比例分别为11.28%、9.67%、5.30%，呈逐年下降趋势，公司对湖北地区的收入不具有依赖性。但由于目前疫情尚未完全得到控制，公司无法准确预估各地区可恢复运营时间。本次疫情对公司短期经营业绩将产生一定不利影响，对未来经营业绩的影响尚不确定，具体影响程度仍需进一步评估。
为了尽可能降低运营风险，降低此次疫情对公司业绩可能产生的影响，公司上下齐心协力，迎接挑战。公司第一时间成立了专项领导小组，积极参与湖北、武汉抗击疫情阻击战，并启动全员线上办公，对防疫工作、游客及员工安全、资产安全、经营恢复工作等进行了综合部署。公司采取了以下措施：在疫情持续期间，积极申请政府补助等政策性资金，与相关方沟通关于减免税费、管理费、金融机构政策支持等举措，帮扶公司渡过难关；加快资产处置工作；创新发展，利用线上游览等方式做好营销工作；压缩成本，开源节流，保障现金流安全；系统研究制订恢复运营方案，为疫情结束后公司运营提供支撑。
公司将持续高度关注此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的进展情况并及时履行信息披露义务，根据实际情况对公司的经营策略做出调整，谨慎研判其对公司的影响，主动应对，将影响降到最低。
