美电动车生产商特斯拉董事与股东就收购争端达和解
《路透》报道,美国电动车生产商特斯拉(Tesla)股东与董事就2016年并购太阳能产品商太阳城(SolarCity)争端达成和解,涉及金额6,000万美元,使特斯拉行政总裁马斯克(Elon Musk)为案件唯一被告。案件将於3月16日在美国达拉华州法庭进行10日聆讯,股东提出索偿金额为26亿美元。
特斯拉股东指控马斯克在特斯拉以26亿美元收购太阳城的事件中,做法违反诚信,并浪费特斯拉资产及不当地使自己富有,因马斯克为太阳城最大股东,太阳城被收购时仍处亏损状态。
