意达利(00720.HK)3,200万美元认购生物制剂CDMO商优先股
意达利控股(00720.HK)公布,认购CBL A系列优先股25.60%;及Chime Biologics扩大後股本(包括CBL普通股及已转换基准计算之CBL A系列优先股)约11.82%。A系列优先股代价3,200万美元,将以现金支付。
重组後,CBL集团将持有位於武汉之CDMO(合约开发及生产组织)业务及相关设施,其现时拥有临床试验设施以及2个500公升及4个2000公升之生物反应器,为用作生产生物制剂之生产设施。
