全球採購 復星捐贈醫療物資首批運抵上海
1月28日凌晨1時45分，來自德國法蘭克福的LH8404航班抵達上海浦東機場，卸下5萬套GB19082-2009規格的防護服。這是復星在全球緊急採購、調撥的第一批疫區急需醫療物資，也是首批抵達上海的海外調配物資，將在第一時間送往武漢、上海等疫情防控形勢嚴重的地區。
此次抵達上海的5萬套防護服是復星從德國ASATEX公司採購的微孔膜全身防護服，符合國家衞健委新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控的GB19082-2009標準，能有效防護顆粒物及液體潑濺，可用於新型冠狀病毒肺炎的急性傳染病防疫臨牀用途。其中部分防護服將直接運往武漢，預計於28日晚上抵達。
復星從印度採購的10萬隻口罩也將在28日晚8時20分左右抵達上海浦東機場。這10萬隻口罩為霍尼韋爾N95型號，符合國家衞健委醫用防護標準。上述物資向疫區調度，有助於緩解疫區醫療物資緊缺的局面。
在復星總部和德國、印度團隊的多方努力下，上述醫療物資的採購和運輸克服了採購程序繁雜、節假日物流緊張等諸多困難，以最快的時間完成交貨、運輸、清關等手續。德國採購的五萬套防護服，於法蘭克福當地時間26日下午，在法蘭克福機場倉庫被分裝為84個打包箱，並通過時間最近的LH8404貨運航班運抵上海浦東機場。
在上述物資之外，還有來自葡萄牙的1萬多隻口罩和來自日本的1900多件防護服、900多個口罩等物資，也已運抵上海，正在向疫區轉運。

幾天來，國內疫情迅速升級，疫情防控在和時間賽跑。復星國際董事長郭廣昌、CEO汪羣斌等人直接指揮復星全球體系的物資措措工作，要求復星海外同事根據國內疫區對物資的實際要求，盡一切努力尋找貨源，並通過空運，爭分壓秒運回國內。復星各部門員工也放棄了休假和家人團聚的時刻，進入戰鬥狀態，24小時不間斷全球溝通協調。截止至25日夜，復星在全球範圍已確認購得醫療物資共計近60萬件，其中，醫療口罩超33萬個，防護服超27萬件。復星也正積極確保相關物資以最快速度抵達國內，並將第一時間捐贈給疫區的疫情防控工作。
本次物資調運得到了外交部，駐德國、印度等國使館，上海市有關部門，以及德國海關等部門的全力支持。復星德國、印度團隊全程調配，確保物資落實發運。駐德、印使館在得知復星調配的物資需要進行“非商業用途”認證後，立即提供支持，分別向德國和印度的外交部及海關等部門發出照會，敦促他們在週末單獨開闢窗口，對復星調配出口的醫療物資給予快速通關，以在第一時間趕上覆星包機，將物資送回國內疫情防控前線。

獲悉首批物資從德國順利抵達上海後，郭廣昌表示，“從我們啟動全球物資調配計劃開始到第一批防護服運回國內，僅用了不到4天的時間，跨國、跨部門的溝通如此高效，真正體現了人類命運共同體的精神，也讓我們更加堅定了信心。復星將發揮全球資源調度的優勢，全力以赴支援國內疫區防控，為早日戰勝疫情盡一份力。”
28日凌晨，上海市政府副祕書長尚玉英專程趕到上海浦東機場，接受復星國際聯席總裁徐曉亮代表復星捐贈給上海的物資。汪羣斌表示，復星全球醫療物資調配計劃仍在持續推進中，在英國、德國、印度、美國等地採購的醫療物資，正快速完成各種手續，力爭儘快運回國內疫區。
