佐丹奴國際(00709.HK)料2019年淨利同比降38%
格隆匯1月24日丨佐丹奴國際(00709.HK)公告,預計集團可能會錄得截至2019年12月31日止年度未經審核的股東應占溢利減少約38%或經採納於2019年1月1日生效的新增香港財務報告準則第16號租賃及使用權資產的減值損失後,截至2019年12月31日止年度未經審核的股東應占溢利減少約50%。
此減少主要來自於大中華地區市場,主要歸因於(其中包括)中美貿易爭端導致零售環境疲弱,異常和暖的冬天以及社會問題。此外,未經審核的股東應占溢利的減少也受到採納香港財務報告準則第16號所產生的非現金會計費用以及使用權資產減值損失的影響。
