歐比特(300053.SZ)：2019年預虧2.19億元-2.24億元
格隆匯1月23日丨歐比特(300053.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損約2.19億元-約2.24億元，上年同期盈利9492.53萬元。業績變動原因如下：
1.計提商譽減值準備
(1)報告期內，公司全資子公司廣東鉑亞信息信息技術有限公司(“鉑亞信息”)由於原法定代表人、執行董事李小明利用鉑亞信息私自為其個人債務提供擔保致使鉑亞信息公司涉及訴訟、仲裁案件，對鉑亞信息業務的開展有所影響，鉑亞信息報告期內營業收入同比下降。同時人臉識別安防業務市場競爭日益激烈，技術更新快，以人臉識別算法主導的市場環境逐步向以搭載人工智能硬件銷售的方向轉變，在此市場環境下，鉑亞信息傳統的人臉識別業務受到影響。根據中國證監會《會計監管風險提示第8號-商譽減值》相關要求，並基於謹慎性原則，公司將對鉑亞信息進行減值測試，預計對其商譽計提減值準備約1.9億元-2.19億元(實際計提金額需依據評估機構出具的商譽減值測試評估報告確定)。
(2)報告期內，公司全資子公司上海智建電子工程有限公司(“智建電子”)由於地方財政緊縮，其關注的多個重點項目執行進度未達預期，導致本報告期確認的營業收入同比下降，同時受大數據相關係統集成行業競爭加劇等因素影響，毛利率有所下滑，對本報告期智建電子利潤產生了影響。根據中國證監會《會計監管風險提示第8號-商譽減值》相關要求，並基於謹慎性原則，公司將對智建電子進行減值測試，擬對其商譽計提減值準備約6000萬元-8000萬元(實際計提金額需依據評估機構出具的商譽減值測試評估報告確定)。
2.長期股權投資計提減值準備
報告期內，公司投資的參股公司廣州狼旗網絡科技股份有限公司(“廣州狼旗”)業績虧損，且公司於2019年5月24日因廣州狼旗業績未達到業績承諾目標，對廣州狼旗實際控制人黃鏵提起訴訟。根據《企業會計準則》等相關規定的要求，並基於謹慎性原則，公司擬對上述長期股權投資計提資產減值準備金額約900萬元-1100萬元(最終減值金額以審計機構審計結果為準)。
