華燦光電(300323.SZ)2019年度預虧8.82億元-8.87億元
格隆匯1月23日丨華燦光電(300323.SZ)公佈，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損8.82億元-8.87億元，上年同期盈利2.44億元。
受LED行業2019年整體產能過剩、產品價格大幅下跌影響，公司2019年預計虧損8.82億元至8.87億元，較2018年盈利2.44億元相比波動較大。
自2018年第四季度，LED芯片價格持續下降，產品價格的下滑對公司盈利能力造成較大的負面影響。面對行業不景氣所帶來的挑戰，公司積極採取了多種措施應對。2019年第四季度miniLED市場的需求增長，開始起量，加上公司對LED芯片產品結構和客户結構的調整，促使2019年第四季度芯片業務的產能利用率和當季毛利率環比有所回升，芯片業務經營性利潤虧損幅度環比三季度有較大幅度的收窄。但由於前三季度所積累較大金額的虧損，以及年度內對存貨較大的減值計提，公司2019全年業績較2018年將出現明顯下滑，預計2019年全年除商譽外的虧損約為6.4億元。除正常業務經營外，公司商譽減值也嚴重影響了公司扣除非經常性損益的業績表現。2019年，公司控股子公司雲南藍晶科技有限公司襯底片業務受LED行業芯片競爭的影響，產能利用率同比去年大幅降低，同時2019年第三季度至第四季度的產品價格下降使得其毛利率開始下滑。根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》及相關會計政策規定，公司將在2019年年度報告中對商譽進行減值測試。現經公司財務部門及評估機構初步摸底及測算，需對襯底片業務在合併報表層面計提約23,990萬元的商譽減值。最終商譽減值準備計提的金額將由公司聘請的具備證券期貨從業資格的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
此外，報告期內和諧芯光(義烏)光電科技有限公司的出售對2019年第四季度淨利潤影響顯著，同時交易對公司現金流的改善也較為顯著。
