大湖股份(600257.SH)2019年業績由盈轉虧 預虧1.2億元到1.4億元
格隆匯1月23日丨大湖股份(600257.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告，預計2019年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將出現虧損，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.2億元到虧損1.4億元。2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經營性損益的淨虧損1億元到虧損1.2億元。
期內，公司全資子公司西藏大湖投資管理有限公司和控股子公司湖南大湖私募股權投資基金企業(有限合夥)為響應國家扶貧號召，2018年10月通過全國中小企業股份轉讓系統購買河南省蘭考縣國家扶貧點項目奧吉特生物科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱“ST奧吉特”，股票代碼為：836758)的股份，合計持有的ST奧吉特790萬股，初始投資成本6,952萬元。
2019年下半年ST奧吉特長期停牌，2019年12月31日復牌價為7元/股，2020年1月2日開盤當天開盤價為4.2元/股，至本公告日掛牌價出現大幅下挫，掛牌價跌至1.2元/股，同時綜合考慮ST奧吉特內部治理、財務狀況等因素的影響，該項金融資產價值出現持續下跌且未來狀況存在很大不確定性，該金融資產需計提5,500萬元到6,000萬元的減值。
新疆福海縣人民政府為整合烏倫古湖旅遊資源，請求公司退出布倫托海(烏倫古湖、大海子)湖面資源，經公司及控股子公司新疆阿爾泰冰川魚股份有限公司(以下簡稱“冰川魚公司”)與福海縣人民政府協商一致，解除公司與福海縣政府於2009年簽訂的《福海縣布倫托海(烏倫古湖、大海子)湖區經濟資源開發合同書》。
冰川魚公司退出布倫托海(烏倫古湖、大海子)湖面資源後，每年將減少800萬元至1030萬元的湖面資源費上交。冰川魚公司現擁有“冰川小阿刁”“冰川魚”“阿爾泰冰川魚”“龍斑”等多個冰川魚商標，後期冰川魚公司將依託烏倫古湖湖區資源，以輕資產運作模式專注於冰川魚的加工和品牌營銷工作。目前公司及冰川魚公司正積極與福海縣人民政府協商布倫托海(烏倫古湖、大海子)湖區的資產遺留問題，該事項正在協商中。冰川魚公司因退出福海縣布倫托海(烏倫古湖、大海子)湖面生產經營、捕撈權，預計導致資產損失3,000萬元到3,600萬元。
安鄉縣人民政府(以下簡稱“安鄉縣政府”)2014年將安鄉珊珀湖水體在公司不知情的情況下轉為飲用水備用水源，公司從2014年開始採取天然放養、濾食性魚類淨化水質等方式治理水體。因安鄉縣政府採用工程治理方式與公司的生物治理方式大相徑庭，安鄉縣政府將安鄉珊珀湖水面養殖使用權證，即安府(淡)養證【2009】第S04279號《水域灘塗養殖使用證》收回。公司與安鄉縣政府就安鄉珊珀湖水面養殖使用權收回後的資產權屬有關事宜正在依法協商中。因安鄉珊珀湖水面養殖使用權收回可能導致珊珀湖存貨不能徹底捕撈，導致相關資產損失預計1,200萬元到1,500萬元。
