大洋電機(002249.SZ)：子公司與TATA Autocomp籤合資備忘錄 深化公司車輛事業集團在印度的業務拓展
格隆匯1月23日丨大洋電機(002249.SZ)公佈，為進一步深化公司車輛事業集團在印度及國際市場的業務拓展，公司的全資子公司北京佩特來及其全資子公司Prestolite Electric (India) Private Limited(下稱“PEIL”)於2020年1月20日在中山與Tata AutoComp Systems Limited(下稱“Tata AutoComp”)簽訂了《諒解備忘錄》。
Tata AutoComp計劃向PEIL增資1.1億印度盧比(注：1印度盧比=0.09681人民幣)，增資後，Tata AutoComp將持有PEIL 50%的股權，並在PEIL董事會中佔有50%的表決權。
Tata AutoComp是印度Tata Group旗下企業，為印度和全球汽車設備製造商OEM以及一級供應商提供產品和服務，總部位於印度普納市。Tata AutoComp的產品包括汽車內外塑料、複合材料、鈑金衝壓件、發動機冷卻解決方案、汽車電池、後視鏡、駐車制動杆、換檔桿、清洗器系統、暖通空調解決方案、排氣和排放控制系統、座椅系統和電子解決方案，以及重型商用車的動力系統冷卻解決方案和懸架等。Tata AutoComp在印度擁有36家工廠，在北美、拉丁美洲、歐洲和中國有9家工廠。
Tata Group是印度最大的商業集團，其下屬的子公司Tata Motors是印度最大的綜合性汽車公司、商用車生產商。
公司表示，通過此次增資事項，公司將與Tata AutoComp建立戰略合作伙伴關係，進一步促進公司與Tata AutoComp在汽車行業相關產品的戰略合作，深化公司車輛事業集團在印度的業務拓展。
近年來，印度政府大力推進新能源汽車的普及應用，並於2019年4月推出了新能源汽車補貼政策，預計新能源汽車在印度將迎來重大的發展機遇。此次增資後，除原有的汽車用起動機和發電機及相關的零部件產品外，PEIL還將生產及銷售新能源乘用車和商用車驅動電機和電機控制器系統、新能源兩輪和三輪車驅動電機和電機控制器系統。公司新能源汽車動力總成系統產品將藉助PEIL進入發展潛力巨大的印度市場。通過充分發揮合資各方的資源優勢，開展產業戰略合作，有利於公司新能源汽車動力總成系統產品的國際市場開拓，完善公司新能源汽車動力總成產業佈局。
另外，此次增資後，PEIL的生產能力將得到進一步增強，有助於公司車輛事業集團在印度建立相對低成本的生產基地，進一步提高公司車輛事業集團產品的市場競爭力，提升公司車輛事業集團的盈利能力。
