ST南風(000737.SZ):2019年業績由盈轉虧 預虧4800萬-6800萬元
格隆匯1月22日丨ST南風(000737.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損4800萬元-6800萬元,而上年同期盈利2.67億元。
本報告期業績變動的主要原因:一是為落實《運城市打贏藍天保衞戰2019年工作計劃》,根據運城市人民政府通知,公司將元明粉分公司停產,確認資產減值損失增加;二是受環保政策、副產元明粉衝擊和中美貿易戰等因素的影響,下游需求減少導致公司主要產品銷量下滑,價格下降;三是上年同期公司出售日化板塊資產、部分其他資產及負債所產生的投資收益和資產處置收益,增加了公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤,本期沒有此項收益。
