ST天業(600807.SH)2019年度淨利潤預增67.21%到150.82%
格隆匯1月22日丨ST天業(600807.SH)公佈,預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比,增加2411.70萬元到5411.70萬元,同比增加67.21%到150.82%。
歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期相比,將增加14.07億元到14.37億元。
業績預增的主要原因:一是達到收入確認條件的商品房增加,相應增加本年收入及利潤;報告期內黃金價格上漲,礦業業務毛利潤增加;金融業務加大催收力度,收回前期保理業務款項,收入增加。
二是報告期內公司債務規模和利率水平下降,財務費用相應減少;並加大應收款項清收力度,計提的信用減值損失較上年同期減少。
三是2019年度公司實現債務重組收益、向非金融企業收取的資金佔用費均較上年同期減少。
