格隆匯1月22日丨ST圍海(002586.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損5.7億元-3.8億元,上年同期盈利約2.53億元。業績變動原因如下:
1、主營業務融資困難:公司“ST”問題,銀行抽貸、壓貸,新增融資困難,主營業務缺乏資金支持。相對高毛利率投資項目工程進度受到較大影響,施工成本較大的上升,公司收入及毛利率較上年同期大幅下降。
2、文創板塊市場環境急劇變化,文創板塊尤其是影視行業的大環境急劇變化,導致公司文創相關業務效益不佳。
3、公司目前多筆違規擔保存在不確定性,基於財務謹慎性原則,進行相關計提。
