*ST天馬(002122.SZ)：2019年預虧13.5億元–16.3億元
格隆匯1月22日丨ST天馬(002122.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損13.5億元–16.3億元，上年同期虧損約6.35億元。
公司2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計為-13.5億元至-16.3億元，較2018年虧損增加7.15億元至9.95億元，主要由以下原因導致：
(一)由非經常性損益事項導致：
1、2019年11月7日公司持有的成都天馬鐵路軸承有限公司(“成都天馬”)90%的股權司法拍賣以9.23億元成交；2019年11月29日，浙江省高級人民法院出具執行裁定書，裁定公司持有的成都天馬90%股權歸買受人所有。截至2019年11月30日，成都天馬歸屬於上市公司的賬面淨資產為13.19億元(未經審計)，本次成都天馬股權司法拍賣以9.23億元成交,因此，公司在2019年確認資產處置損失3.96億元。
2、公司控股子公司齊重數控裝備股份有限公司(“齊重數控”)與齊齊哈爾市土地儲備地產中心等政府有關部門就齊重數控北廠區A-04、A-05地塊的土地收購補償款相關事項進行協商，擬將待收取補償款由50,134萬元調整至30,134萬元，該債務重組方案經2019年12月9日公司第六次臨時股東大會批准後生效。因此，齊重數控於2019年確認債務重組損失2億元，歸屬於上市公司的損失為1.92億。
上述非經常性損益事項導致公司2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較2018年減少5.88億元。
(二)由於計提資產減值損失導致
公司已於2019年第四季度全面開展資產清查和評估工作，經初步測算，公司2019年末應收款項、存貨、固定資產、長期股權投資、金融資產等預計計提資產減值損失總額為5.5億元-7.5億元，比2018年增加3.1億元-5.1億元。
上述非經常損益事項和資產減值事項合計導致公司2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較2018年虧損增加8.98億元-10.98億元。
