紅太陽(000525.SZ)：2019年淨利預降94.90%-96.47%
格隆匯1月22日丨紅太陽(000525.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2250萬元-3250萬元，同比下降96.47%-94.90%。業績變動的主要原因説明：
(一)2019年公司業績下降的主要原因
1、國內外不利形勢和壓力給經營業績造成挑戰
在國際，面對全球經濟下行壓力加大和中美貿易戰對外貿出口衝擊疊加，以及部分主要區域市場政治經濟不穩、氣候異常、自然災害多發，導致農化行業持續低迷、市場需求疲弱、競爭加劇。
在國內，受江蘇響水“321”特別重大爆炸事故影響，化工行業上下游企業停產、停工、搬遷和整改持續發酵，全國性、地方性的安全、環保檢查一波接一波持續開展，開工率受限，部分原輔材料供應緊張、成本上升，公司直接和間接遭受波及。
面對國內外不利形勢和壓力，公司百草枯等主要產品銷售價格震盪下行，綜合運營成本有所增加，致使經營業績降幅較大。但公司圍繞“聚焦主業，精耕優勢產業鏈、豐富核心產品線”經營思路，充分發揮紅太陽利用“數字化+生化技術”改造傳統農藥形成的綠色農藥技術、產品和產業鏈優勢，羣策羣力努力穩定核心產品的生產與供應，尤其重點加大主要產品敵草快的推廣與銷售，敵草快銷量和市場佔有率同比明顯提升，這不僅一定程度緩解了公司當期業績下滑，而且為公司後續搶佔市場先機，爭取更大效益夯實了基礎。
2、計提商譽及其他資產減值給當期業績帶來影響
結合公司實際經營情況及宏觀環境、行業政策的變化，根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》及相關會計政策規定，基於謹慎性原則，公司在2019年度報告中對商譽及重要資產進行減值測試。經公司財務部門與中介機構初步摸底主要涉及商譽減值、存貨減值、應收賬款減值、其他應收款減值和因阿根廷通貨膨脹、比索貶值原因公司在阿根廷的控股子公司Ruralco Soluciones S.A.資產減值等。最終資產減值準備計提的金額將由公司聘請的具備證券期貨從業資格的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
(二)非經常性損益對公司2019年業績影響預計非經常性損益對2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤影響金額約為4200萬元，上年同期為1.39億元。
