歡瑞世紀(000892.SZ)：2019年由盈轉虧 預虧4億元-6億元
格隆匯1月22日丨歡瑞世紀(000892.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損4億元-6億元，而上年同期為盈利3.25億元。業績變動原因説明：
(一)2019年，影視行業仍然處於規範化調整期，播出環境及市場需求發生了新的變化。影視公司在報告期內面臨了一定壓力，公司相應項目播出情況也發生了較大變化。
根據《企業會計準則第1號-存貨》《企業會計準則第22號-金融工具確認和計量》及相關會計政策規定，結合行業變化及公司實際經營情況，公司對預計收入和資產進行了審慎評估，並對相關資產進行了減值測試，詳情如下：
2019年，公司應收賬款計提壞賬準備約為3.31億元。公司加強了應收賬款的催收，銷售回款金額約為11億元，期末應收賬款餘額約為19.3億元，較期初降低了5.8億元；但因相應項目播出時間延期，應收賬款賬齡總體增長，導致應收賬款壞賬準備整體金額同比大幅增加。2019年期末公司對存貨進行了審慎評估，由於播出環境變化等因素的影響，預計存貨價值減少使得淨利潤降低2.69億元。以上數據為公司財務部初步測算的結果，最終計提的金額將由公司的年審會計師進行審計後確定。
(二)由於外部市場環境的變化，公司部分劇集的售賣受到一定程度的影響，公司對投資製作影視劇項目較為審慎。報告期內，公司實現銷售的影視劇(含非執行製片劇)為《青雲之琉璃》(《琉璃美人煞》)、《漫長的告別》《長安諾》《我在北京等你》《盜墓筆記2》新交付集數等。公司預計在2020年起將陸續成片或取得發行許可證的影視劇包括《權與利》《盜墓筆記3》《鬼吹燈》《山河月明》(《江山永樂》)、《天目危機》《迷局破之深潛》等。
公司主要開機拍攝的影視劇(含非執行製片劇)3部約166集，包括《青雲之琉璃》《權與利》《迷局破之深潛》；取得發行許可證的影視劇共4部約195集，為《青雲之琉璃》《漫長的告別》《我在北京等你》《長安諾》。公司實現全網首播的影視劇5部約211集，包括《盜墓筆記2之怒海潛沙》《盜墓筆記2之秦嶺神樹》《聽雪樓》《掩不住的陽光》《漫長的告別》《錦衣之下》，參與聯合投資的電影《誤殺》上映。
公司藝人經紀業務建立了經紀、時尚、宣傳、商務業務模塊，形成了規模化的藝人梯隊。截至本報告披露日，公司擁有楊紫、任嘉倫、秦俊傑、成毅、穎兒、侯夢瑤、袁冰妍、張睿、韓棟、劉學義、白澍、王勁鬆、劉歡、張予曦、趙櫻子、彭禺厶、李曼、張芷溪、張天陽、樑靜嫻等47位簽約藝人。
影視行業政策、規則及格局的優化調整，短期內對公司業績產生了一定的影響，但有利於產業向規範化、精品化、工業化健康可持續的發展。2020年，公司將繼續產出符合社會主義新時代主流價值觀的精品影視劇，探索系列化的內容題材和多樣化的商業模式。同時，公司將逐步深化藝人經紀產業佈局，增強藝人的變現模式和能力，進一步提升核心競爭力。
