中成股份(000151.SZ):2019年淨利預降87%-90%
格隆匯1月22日丨中成股份(000151.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為800萬元–1100萬元,同比下降87%-90%;基本每股收益0.027元–0.037元。
公司預計2019年度經營業績同比大幅下降,主要原因:(1)受國際形勢變化、項目所在國政府改選的影響,公司已簽約項目生效開工進展延緩,未達到預期;現有在執行的個別項目進展緩慢,導致按照完工進度確認收入、成本較少;(2)本期執行新金融工具準則,按預期信用損失法計提金融資產減值準備較上年同期大幅增加;(3)匯兑收益少於上年同期。
2019年度非經常性損益同比大幅增加,主要是公司公開掛牌出售房產所獲收益,預計對本年度淨利潤影響約1億元。
