格隆匯1月22日丨江特電機(002176.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損17.5億元–21.5億元,上年同期虧損約16.6億元。業績變動原因如下:
1、新能源汽車產銷量下滑、碳酸鋰價格下跌、公司財務費用增加,導致利潤虧損。
2、公司處置全資子公司江蘇九龍汽車製造有限公司股權損失、存貨跌價準備、應收賬款壞賬準備,公司投資的澳大利亞Alita公司股權投資損失及子公司商譽減值等原因造成非經常性損益約14.9億元。
