完美世界(002624.SZ)：預計2019年淨利14.5億元-15.5億元 同比下降9.15%-15.01%
格隆匯1月22日丨完美世界(002624.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤14.5億元-15.5億元，同比下降15.01%-9.15%。業績變動原因説明：
1、報告期內，公司遊戲業務發展良好，陸續推出了《完美世界》手遊、《雲夢四時歌》、《神鵰俠侶2》、《我的起源》、《新笑傲江湖》等精品移動遊戲，受到了玩家的廣泛認可，實現了市場口碑和經濟效益的雙豐收。同時，公司依託世界頂級電競大作《DOTA2》及《CS:GO(反恐精英：全球攻勢)》，構建多層次、立體化的賽事體系，進一步深化產業佈局，報告期內電競業務穩步增長。2019年，公司遊戲業務預計實現淨利潤18.5億元-19.2億元，相對上年同期淨利潤13.68億元，預計同比增長35.22%-40.33%。
2、報告期內，影視業務受市場及行業整體環境等因素影響，業績同比下滑，預計虧損3億元-3.6億元。公司對影視業務相關資產進行了審慎評估，根據中國證監會《會計監管風險提示第8號—商譽減值》、《企業會計準則》等相關規定，結合目前市場情況，認為部分商譽和存貨存在較大減值風險：
受市場環境等因素影響，預計影視業務部分存貨的可變現淨值低於其賬面成本，相應擬對存貨計提跌價準備3.5億元-4億元，存貨跌價準備最終金額將由公司聘請的審計機構審計後確定。
2017年6月，公司收購天津同心影視傳媒有限公司並形成商譽6.98億元。受市場環境等因素影響，上述商譽的可回收金額低於其賬面價值，相應公司擬對上述商譽計提減值準備3.5億元-3.8億元，同時根據股權轉讓協議相關約定確認業績補償收益。綜合考慮業績補償收益及商譽減值損失，預計上述事項對公司業績無重大影響。商譽減值準備及業績補償收益最終金額將由公司聘請的專業評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。根據中國證監會《公開發行證券的公司信息披露解釋性公告第1號—非經常性損益》相關規定，上述業績補償收益構成非經常性損益。
3、公司預計2019年度非經常性損益約為4億元，上年同期非經常性損益金額為2.59億元。2019年度非經常性損益主要由上述業績補償收益、計入當期損益的政府補助、委託他人投資或管理資產的損益等構成。
