中集集團(02039.HK)發盈警,集團預計截至去年12月31日止十二個月合併歸屬於母公司股東及其他權益持有者的淨利潤,與對上財年同期的33.8億元人民相比將錄得大幅下降。
下降主要原因包括結合集團海工業務的實際經營情況以及未來行業趨勢、市場格局、平台市場需求、未來的售價/租金波動、利用率變化、成本支出波動等綜合因素,集團判斷和海工業務有關的平台資產存在較大的減值跡象,預計去年度將計提大額資產減值。另外,年度集團集裝箱銷量及營業收入較去年同期均出現下滑。
