唐德影視(300426.SZ)：2019年預虧3700萬元-4200萬元
格隆匯1月22日丨唐德影視(300426.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損3700.00萬元-4200.00萬元，上年同期虧損約9.27億元。業績變動原因如下：
1、報告期內，影視行業仍處於調整期，產業鏈上下游價格逐步迴歸理性。由於影視項目製作週期的影響，本期發行的部分電視劇項目在原來製作時生產要素成本較高，投入較大，而在本期發行時電視劇版權銷售價格相對理性，導致收入與成本存在錯配，這不僅提高了本期電視劇項目的發行難度，放緩了發行進度，亦導致項目的毛利率有所下降。
2019年，公司營業收入和營業毛利主要來源於電視劇《因法之名》、《北部灣人家》的發行收入和毛利，電視劇《十年三月三十日》版權轉讓收入和毛利，電視劇《車神》等27部已完成首輪電視播映權和信息網絡傳播權發行的電視劇項目的發行收入和毛利，以及電視劇《小女花不棄》、《白髮》、《延禧攻略》、《天乩之白蛇傳説》、《倚天屠龍記》等海外版權代理髮行收入和毛利。為加快存貨週轉，盤活公司大量優質劇本儲備資源，公司與各大網絡視頻平台及行業內影視製作企業開展合作，向後者轉讓了《半暖時光》、《野獸兇猛》(原名：《刀風》)、《逐浪少年》等項目劇本版權，也增加了公司收入和毛利。
2、2019年，公司與浙江天貓技術有限公司就電視劇《巴清傳》版權轉讓事宜簽署了《電視劇
<贏天下>
信息網絡傳播權採購協議之補充協議二》，根據協議相關約定，公司在對該項目未來的發行和製作情況予以充分估計的前提下，基於謹慎性原則，對前期確認的營業收入、營業成本、信用減值損失等進行調整，並對轉回的存貨重新確認資產減值損失，從而增加了本年利潤。
3、2019年，公司採取了一系列措施加強應收賬款和對合作方聯合投資製作影視劇項目應收款項的回收工作，轉回了部分信用減值損失，改善了公司的現金流。
4、受宏觀經濟波動、影視行業仍處於調整期和影視行業監管趨嚴的影響，公司融資難度和融資成本亦大大增加，財務費用同比大幅增長。
5、考慮到合作方的信用狀況和訴訟進展情況，公司於2019年末對公司作為非執行製片方參與投資製作的部分影視項目計提了資產減值準備。
6、公司2019年度非經常性損益金額約為220.00萬元，主要是政府補助收入。
