光庫科技(300620.SZ)：2019年淨利預降18%-38%
格隆匯1月22日丨光庫科技(300620.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為4940萬元—6539萬元，同比下降38%—18%。業績變動原因如下:
1、2019年公司營業收入約3.9億元，比上年同期增長35%，主要原因是公司通過技術創新、推出新產品、積極開發國內外新客户，全資子公司加華微捷於2018年12月開始納入公司合併報表範圍所致。
2、2019年公司產品毛利預計為約1.66億元，比上年同期增加23%，產品毛利增加幅度低於營業收入增長幅度主要是國內市場競爭激烈造成部分產品價格下降、公司搬遷至自建新園區後固定資產折舊及運營費用增加、受中美貿易戰影響從美國進口原材料關税增加所致。目前公司正在採取技術升級、推出新產品等措施增加產品差異化，提升議價能力；並採用改進工藝流程、部分原材料從外購變為自制等措施降低成本，增加公司經營利潤；同時，公司積極加強國內外市場開拓力度，努力增加市場份額，進一步提升公司的綜合競爭力。
3、2019年公司限制性股票激勵攤銷費用預計為2701萬元，而上年同期限制性股票激勵攤銷費用為1169萬元。公司實施了2018年限制性股票激勵計劃，該計劃導致2018—2021年攤銷股權激勵成本預計為5229萬元，其中2019年攤銷股權激勵成本預計為2701萬元。2019年剔除股權激勵成本攤銷後歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計為7236萬元—8835萬元，較2018年剔除股權激勵成本攤銷後歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8986萬元同比下降19%—2%。
4、因2018年7月公司搬遷至自建新園區，2019年固定資產折舊、運營費用較2018年增加。未來隨着公司生產經營規模擴大，上述費用對公司淨利潤的影響將逐漸弱化。
5、報告期內，預計非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為1176萬元。
