神州泰嶽(300002.SZ)：2019年預虧14.51億元-14.56億元
格隆匯1月22日丨神州泰嶽(300002.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損14.56億元–14.51億元，上年同期盈利8024.76萬元。報告期內公司業績變動主要原因：
1、根據企業會計準則及相關會計政策規定，公司對商譽及各項資產進行了減值測試，經初步測算情況如下：
1)計提商譽及無形資產減值準備公司根據商譽資產組的實際經營情況以及其行業政策、競爭格局等綜合影響因素，判斷商譽及無形資產存在減值跡象。經初步測算，預計本期計提的減值準備金額為約5.39億元(最終減值金額以審計機構審計結果為準)。
2)計提長期股權投資減值準備
公司投資的藍鷗科技有限公司經營風險顯著增加，公司對該資產進行清查，根據清查結果並基於謹慎性原則，預計計提的資產減值準備金額為約0.62億元。
3)計提涉訴應收款項壞賬準備
全資子公司北京神州泰嶽系統集成有限公司(“系統集成公司”)與大唐半導體設計有限公司、大唐微電子技術有限公司之間的合同糾紛案。本報告期末，公司對上述案件所涉及的欠款預計回收金額進行了重新評估，根據謹慎性原則，本期預計計提的壞賬準備金額為約3.15億元。
北京市高級人民法院裁定駁回系統集成公司提出的法院進行實體審理的再審申請，僅是對法院進入實體審理程序請求的駁回，裁定並沒有對系統集成公司的實體權利進行處分和認定，系統集成公司對債務人依然享有合法債權。目前公司仍在積極推進上述債權的回收事宜，竭盡全力保護上市公司的利益。
2、金融資產公允價值變動損失
公司持有的分類為以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的金融資產，受行業政策、經濟環境影響在報告期末評估價值預計淨減少約1.35億元，主要包括愛財科技集團有限公司、北京潤佳華商創新投資管理中心(有限合夥)，該部分計入當年損益。
3、ICT運營管理業務戰略調整
由於運營商類客户業務結構調整、系統升級等因素影響，公司ICT運營管理項目驗收及項目確認等出現延緩，導致公司部分業績未能在本報告期體現。隨着5G通信網絡的迭代更新，也將會為公司帶來新的發展機遇，在ICT業務領域，公司正處於戰略轉型的承前啟後階段，為適應業務市場的快速增長需求和業務拓展，公司也已加大了雲計算、5G等相關產品的投入力度，相應效果和收益會在以後的業績中逐漸得到體現。
