渣打:港富裕人士退休理想生活 與現實收入落差大
渣打發表財富管理報告,指環球富裕人士均面臨同樣挑戰,即在60歲時財富淨值並不足以達成理想生活。香港人平均財富預期達至249.7萬美元,是十個受訪城市中最高,亦較全球平均數高出一倍。
報告指,香港富裕人士退休後平均生活費為3,827美元,但仍遠低於他們現有收入及理想退休生活所需,假設他們退休後要以理想生活模式生活,新晉富裕和富裕族群的財富預算只足夠支撐他們生活十年。而高淨值人士亦只夠支撐15年。
報告發現,只有三分之一受訪者財富預算可達到退休生活所需的一半,低於所有受訪市場的平均值44%,有28%受訪者的財富預期更與理想退休生活所需有八成或以上差距。
不過報告指,香港富裕人士會通過簡單的儲蓄產品和股票投資以達至目標,但仍傾向將資金投放於傳統儲蓄戶口,亦有相當大部分香港人認為他們的資金不足以用作投資。
