渣打:港富裕人士退休理想生活 与现实收入落差大
渣打发表财富管理报告,指环球富裕人士均面临同样挑战,即在60岁时财富净值并不足以达成理想生活。香港人平均财富预期达至249.7万美元,是十个受访城市中最高,亦较全球平均数高出一倍。
报告指,香港富裕人士退休後平均生活费为3,827美元,但仍远低於他们现有收入及理想退休生活所需,假设他们退休後要以理想生活模式生活,新晋富裕和富裕族群的财富预算只足够支撑他们生活十年。而高净值人士亦只够支撑15年。
报告发现,只有三分之一受访者财富预算可达到退休生活所需的一半,低於所有受访市场的平均值44%,有28%受访者的财富预期更与理想退休生活所需有八成或以上差距。
不过报告指,香港富裕人士会通过简单的储蓄产品和股票投资以达至目标,但仍倾向将资金投放於传统储蓄户口,亦有相当大部分香港人认为他们的资金不足以用作投资。
