科陸電子(002121.SZ)：2019年預虧20億元–25億元
格隆匯1月21日丨科陸電子(002121.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損20億元–25億元；上年同期虧損約12.2億元。
2019年，公司堅定貫徹執行聚焦智能電網和新能源主業的戰略，持續剝離非核心業務資產，同時着力改進和提升公司經營管理。公司虧損的主要原因：
1、根據企業會計準則的相關規定，基於謹慎性原則，公司擬對應收款項計提減值準備約6.8億元。其中，考慮到公司原子公司百年金海科技有限公司(“百年金海”)目前資不抵債，存在大量的未決訴訟，無法正常開展經營，基本無償債能力，公司擬對百年金海的其他應收賬款計提壞賬準備約3.47億元；中核國纜宣化項目、儲能項目和按帳齡計提的應收帳款減值合計約3.33億元。
2、公司參股公司北京國能電池科技股份有限公司(“北京國能”)受流動性等因素的影響，2019年經營業績急劇下滑，目前基本處於停產狀態，同時存在大量的未決訴訟，北京國能可持續經營能力存在較大不確定性，根據企業會計準則的相關規定，基於謹慎性原則，公司擬對北京國能股權投資餘額計提資產減值準備約2.3億元。
3、根據公司經營發展戰略，同時考慮到國內光伏市場電價政策變化、電價補貼逐步退坡等政策及市場因素的影響，基於謹慎性原則，公司擬對存量光伏電站資產計提減值準備約5億元。其中，中核國纜宣化電站2018年12月併網後由於設備維護不當，運行出現問題，2019年一直未有發電收入，且由於公司不準備繼續對光伏電站進行投資，考慮到目前市場狀況，相關的電站存在較大減值情況，公司擬計提固定資產減值準備約2億元，最終減值計提金額將由公司聘請具備證券期貨從業資格的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
4、受行業環境等因素的影響，公司子公司深圳芯瓏電子技術有限公司(“芯瓏電子”)2019年實際經營情況未達預期。根據中國證監會《會計監管風險提示第8號—商譽減值》相關要求，公司對收購芯瓏電子形成的商譽進行了初步減值測試，擬計提商譽減值準備約3億元，最終減值計提金額將由公司聘請具備證券期貨從業資格的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
5、根據企業會計準則的相關規定，基於謹慎性原則，公司對存貨、在建工程、無形資產等進行全面清查和資產減值測試後，擬計提減值準備約1億元。
6、受流動資金緊張的影響，公司生產經營計劃未達預期，產品交付延緩，導致營業收入下降。
7、預計2019年非經常性損益減少公司淨利潤約1.6億元。
