延安必康(002411.SZ)及控股股東與華夏幸福運管等簽署全面戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯1月21日丨延安必康(002411.SZ)公佈，公司(“丁方”)、公司控股股東新沂必康新醫藥產業綜合體投資有限公司(“新沂必康”、“丙方”)近日與華夏幸福(深圳)運營管理有限公司(“華夏幸福運管”、“甲方”)、World Laureates Association Limited(中文名：世界頂尖科學家協會有限公司，“乙方”)簽署《全面戰略合作框架協議》。本着友好合作、平等互利、優勢互補、資源共享的原則，經各方協商一致，達成全面戰略合作框架協議。
合作內容如下：(1)丙方、丁方有意向將企業總部佈局深圳，丙方、丁方將積極申請深圳總部企業用地，甲方、乙方全力配合用地的獲取。四方發揮各自優勢，合作推進總部企業用地項目，力爭打造集智能製造工程、藥品物流中心、智能康養中心為一體的醫藥大健康項目。
(2)丙方、丁方擬結合自身在醫藥大健康產業的優勢和特點，建設醫學、醫藥學高端創新論壇，並通過建設醫學學術交流平台、臨牀醫學教學基地、藥品研發中心等，聚集全球頂尖的醫藥、醫學、大健康領域的專家、人才、信息和技術；丙方將發揮其在大數據、雲計算、物聯網、移動互聯網、AI等方面的科技實力，提升制造的智能化和標準化，提升醫療、醫藥健康行業的創新及研發和制造水平。
(3)甲方將充分發揮其在區域產業綜合體開發方面的建設、管理及資金優勢，與丙方、丁方開展合作(包括但不限於股權、產業項目開發、融資等)，協助丙方、丁方在深圳等重點城市佈局建設醫藥大健康項目，並有效提升產業資源的使用效率。
(4)乙方將充分發揮其在科技領域的資源優勢，聚焦生物、醫藥等大健康相關行業的全球頂尖科學家資源，與丙方、丁方在落地醫學、醫藥學高端創新論壇、人才引進及人才培訓等方面開展合作。
