南京高科(600064.SH)2019年淨利預增88%到103%
格隆匯1月21日丨南京高科(600064.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告,預計2019年度公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為18億元到19.5億元,與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比,將增長88%到103%;預計歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為13.95億元到15.45億元,與上年同期相比,將增長64%到81%。
2019年1月1日起財政部新修訂的《企業會計準則第22號——金融工具確認和計量》等新金融工具準則實施後,公司對相關會計政策和核算方法進行了變更。因2019年資本市場有所回暖以及被投資企業經營情況總體良好,公司持有的以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益的金融資產的公允價值變動收益以及按權益法核算的長期股權投資確認的投資收益增加,對當期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計影響額為17.8億元到19.3億元。
