新国都(300130.SZ)下修业绩预告 2019年预盈2.3亿元-2.6亿元
格隆汇1月21日丨新国都(300130.SZ)披露2019年度业绩预告修正公告，修正前，预计公司2019年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为4亿元至4.375亿元，比上年同期增长61.37%至76.5%；2019年第四季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为9491.3万元至1.325亿元，比上年同期增长-25.23%至4.38%。
修正后，预计2019年1-12月归属于上市公司股东的净利润2.3亿元至2.6亿元，同比变动-7.21%至4.89%；2019年第四季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-7000万元至-4000万元，同比下降131.51%-155.15%。业绩修正原因如下：
1．2019年在整体经济形势出现下行压力情况下，公司部分子公司因市场竞争激烈、业务开拓不达预期等不利因素影响，经受了较大压力和挑战，根据《企业会计准则第8号—资产减值》、《会计监管风险提示第8号—商誉减值》的相关规定，基于谨慎性原则，根据该部分主体经营情况及未来的盈利预测，为了降低未来的不确定性，经初步测算，公司于2019年末拟对公司合并形成的商誉计提减值准备约1.8-2.1亿元。最终减值计提金额将由公司聘请具备证券期货从业资格的评估机构及审计机构进行评估和审计后确定。
2.2019年度，预计非经常损益对净利润的影响金额约1.6亿元，主要系收到转让深圳市新国都金服技术有限公司72%股权转让款、转让苏州新国都电子技术有限公司96.32%股权转让款、政府补助及税收返还、理财收益等。
3.2019年第四季度单季度预计盈利同比下降，主要系前述商誉计提减值准备导致。
4.若不计前述商誉计提减值准备影响，2019年第四季度单季度预计盈利约1.4亿元，同比增长10.29%；2019年全年预计盈利约4.4亿元，同比增长77.51%。
2019年公司继续深耕电子支付行业发展，积极把握市场新机会，通过创新的服务和产品以及不断探索和吸收新的商业模式来发挥金融科技赋能作用。在公司战略逐步推进落地和加强内控管理的背景下，公司支付机具的市场开拓、支付收单业务、商户增值服务均保持积极稳定的增长局面。
在宏观经济环境复杂多变，市场竞争强烈的情况下，公司仍然坚持在区块链技术、AI识别技术、5G通讯模组等领域进行投入，对数字货币相关应用技术和服务场景进行持续优化，以及新技术与现有产品服务融合、创新商业模式的探索，公司未来整体经营情况和业绩仍将保持持续稳健增长的态势。
