ST遠程(002692.SZ)修正業績 2019年度預盈500萬-2000萬元
格隆匯1月21日丨ST遠程(002692.SZ)發佈2019年度業績預告修正公告，之前在2019年第三季度報告正文中披露，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤變動區間為-8671.16萬元至-5520.94萬元。
修正後，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤500萬元-2000萬元，上年度虧損3.67億元。業績修正的主要原因如下：
1、公司的部分涉訴案件，在2019年第四季度出現了新的進展，公司據此對原計提的預計損失進行了重新審核評估，作出了相應調整。該部分金額共計約14,000萬元，屬於非經常性損益。具體情況如下：
(1)公司對涉及違規擔保的蔡來寅案，原已全額計提了預計負債。2019年11月，最高人民法院發佈了《全國法院民商事審判工作會議紀要》(又稱《九民紀要》)，根據《九民紀要》第十八條、第二十條，為公司股東或者實際控制人提供關聯擔保，未經股東大會決議的，保證合同無效。債權人明知法定代表人超越權限簽訂保證合同，公司無需承擔任何責任。公司基於穩健性原則，按50%計提預計負債，預計可衝回金額約1100萬元。
(2)杭州力卓金屬材料有限公司借款糾紛案和深圳市益安保理有限公司票據糾紛案，分別於2019年12月和2020年1月獲法院判決，公司勝訴，無需承擔責任。公司原已計提的預計負債約4000萬元將予以衝回。
(3)2019年11月，正奇國際商業保理有限公司執行申請被法院裁定駁回，公司原計提的預計負債8,000萬元將予以衝回。
(4)2019年11月，湖州市四信投資合夥企業借款糾紛一案已獲法院判決，公司實際需承擔金額與原計提金額的差額部分約900萬元將予以衝回。上述訴訟事項的相關情況及進展，詳見公司公告。
2、公司的個別預付款項長期無法收回，基於審慎性原則，予以全額計提壞賬準備。該部分涉及金額3150萬元，屬於經營性損益。主要情況如下：公司預付影片版權款3500萬元於2018年度參照應收款項賬齡及壞賬計提政策，計提了10%的壞賬準備。由於2018年公司實際控制人發生變更後，睿康系派出董監高均已離職，無法確切瞭解目前合同的執行進展情況。基於審慎性原則，公司擬在2019年全額計提壞賬準備。
